CASE NAME: The little Girl and her Dog

 

Night Light was called to do an investigation at home right after we hired Pam C. as an Investigator. It was Pam that referred the client to us. Night Light went over on Friday the 17^th of April to conduct an interview with the client’s. We did a questioner with both that lived there. Todd had taken the husband downstairs and I sat with the wife to ask question on the haunting that was going on in the home. Both I felt was very honest with us. We had asked what had been going on within the home and this is what they had stated:

They will go to bed at night and would see a 6ft tall shadow peeking around the corner of the doorway. They both had seen it at the same time. They also said you could be sitting in the living room and would hear the cupboards bang. It is not like it was open all the way just a bit to make them bang a little bit. They also told us that her daughter Sarah had seen a little girl in her bedroom that had a dog. When we got downstairs one of the clients stated she hated the closet door under the stairs. I went inside the closet and tried to sit inside for a short and felt a small boy sitting there as well. The client’s was not aware of a little boy. We got to Sarah’s room and she was in there and I was able to ask her about the little girl and she had told me that she was about 5-8 years old wearing a nightgown kind of old fashion she said. She would just stand there sometimes she would talk but not all the time. If she talked she would say hi or something to that effect. She told her that her name was Mary.

Clients did dabble in Wicca and one of their daughters went to a lake and made a homemade Ouija board. They did not know how to close it off and left it as that.   

 

 

 

We arrived at the home at 10:00 p.m. and were greeted by her and her husband. We came into the home and started to set up. We placed on video camera facing the upstairs hallway and one in the family room. We set the Motion Camera in Sarah’s bedroom as well. Audio was set up in the master bedroom and one in the living room. 

We started to get a base line of EMF readings upstairs. The bathroom in the hallway had high readings. The highest was around 1.9 near the entry way of the bathroom. With that could be a reason of uneasiness and dizziness as well.   During the interview process, one of the claims was that the cupboards would make a lot of banging noise. Client was not sure which one it was, we did find one cupboard with readings of 1.6 with no cause. It has been said with paranormal investigators that it does show something weather it is paranormal or not has happened. 

Todd went down stairs to start and Pam & I went in one the kid’s room upstairs. Right away we were getting hits on the K-2 meter. We did ask questions but did not seem to answer them as it did the night of the interview. Todd stated he too was getting hits on his ghost meter. He said that when it started flashing in the family room he had asked it to stop and it did. Soon later it started back up again.   Pam and I went down stairs as well and Todd came back up. We sat in Sarah’s room for a bit. Pam saw a flash of light in the hallway that we could not explain. We both hear what sounded like a cat meowing, more than once. You could see shadows in the hall way with peripheral   vision and all of a sudden I just did not felt welcomed there and felt the need to leave. I figured I would set the motion detector in the hall by Sarah’s room. We wanted to see if we could verify the shadows or the movement we saw in the hallway. 

We came back upstairs and the client stated they were seeing a shadow peeking out from the bedroom; however they did not tell me what bedroom it was and wished they did could have caught that on tape. However photos were taken and it was on one of the photos. I took digital shots, over 10 in a roll and was able to capture something near my camera. 

Todd and Pam and I did one last look downstairs. The Motion detector started to go off and I had asked if that was really you to do that again. It did! I asked one more time to verify please to do that again and it did! We than sat in the family room and were talking and I saw behind the drum set a red flash of light. There was nothing that would have made this do that. Almost looked like a beam of light from a laser shining around the legs of the high hat. 

We went back upstairs and started to pack up. I sensed that the client expected us to stay longer and as I explained most activity would happen in the first hour or two.    

 

We heard what we thought a cat meowing in Sarah’s room.

Pam saw a flash of light in the hallway downstairs.

I saw a red flash of light in the family room.  

Ghost meter had kept flashing in the family room. When he asked it to stop it did.

The Motion Detector was placed down stairs in the hallway near Sarah’s room. It did make noise and when asked to confirm, it did, not to mention I did ask it to confirm again and it did. The detector did not make any noise after that point.

Night Light did go through all evidence and did find a few things at this time. We did catch the little girl’s voice that is stated from Sarah saying that a little girl comes and visits her. We also caught the shadow peering around the corner of the bedroom door upstairs. Just before we turned off video camera and everyone was either upstairs master bedroom or down stairs family room you can hear one of the cupboards door bang!

Todd’s video did show some interesting anomalies, such as flashes in the room. Though they were light and hard sometime to see, you can see them come from behind the camera.
