Overview: Nightlight Paranormal Investigations came in at the request client. She claimed that something was talking to her son of 3.5 years old. The client also stated that the curtains in the hallways would sometimes open. She stated that she had seen a man standing in her kitchen area. Also heard voices within the home. Nightlight came in with equipment and 3 investigators. We set up the first night upstairs and started doing EVP work. One investigator was late showing up, but once he got there we kept one person upstairs and two of us went downstairs to do evp work. All the while we were taking photos of the place. While client was up they stayed in kitchen area so we could work. We left the home after an hour and half of doing the investigations due to cramped areas. We set up a second investigation only bringing Miranda with on this one.
INVESTIGATOR EXPERIENCE:
While doing an EVP session downstairs we asked if he was the one that asked for yogurt. I myself heard something that I thought was a "NO". I asked the one that was with me doing this session if he had heard that and he said no. Later we were upstairs and one investigator said he was getting very dizzy where he was standing in the middle of the youngest child’s room. I came over to where he was standing and felt the same thing. Could it be a power of suggestion? The second investigation we again started upstairs and we found nothing
PHOTOGRAPHIC/VIDEO/AUDIO EVIDENCE:
After reviewing the High 8 cam there proved to be nothing on tape. All photos proved to be nothing and no dust balls. The Audio did have a few evps on them. One was interesting, when I asked if he was the one that asked for yogurt I was able to capture what was said. I thought it said no when it is said “stop it”. Other audio did have a few that were interacting with us. The second investigations were interesting. Client wanted us to investigate the basement. I brought my EMF meter with and was able to get the client down to the basement as well. We took photos and found nothing. The EMF meter sat on top of a board located on the floor covering up some broken cement and dirt. There were three old A/C’s stored in the basement. The EMF meter was going a little crazy. We did notice that there was VERY HIGH EMF reading near the ceiling of the basement 20.0 that is due to electrical wires all over. Could cause the feeling of being watched. The meter, when on the floor, was going all over the page when we stared to ask questions. We asked if it was a man, woman, or child. When it got to the child it did move. We looked under the board to see if there was something that could cause this and found nothing. When we asked if he could show us his age with the meter it shot to a 1.7 for about a few seconds.
EVIDENCE ANALYSIS:
The evidence was there few and far between. With the home being built in 1898 Night Light Paranormal do feel that there is something there. We do not feel it is harmful in anyway. If client does not want this there they would have to take over the home and demand it to leave. This can be done by stating that it was never invited in the home and must leave us now. There will be a follow up in about a week to see how clients are doing
